Second-half gameplay
The start of the second half saw France coming out all guns blazing, determined to get back in the game. However, England’s defence stood firm and managed to keep France from creating any clear-cut chances. In the 63rd minute, Conor Ramsey scored a phenomenal goal to put England up by three goals.
After the third goal, England’s confidence continued to grow, and they started to intensify their attack. In the 77th minute, Curtis Jones scored a spectacular goal from outside the box and sealed the game with a score of 4-0. This goal left the French goalkeeper powerless, and the French side demoralized.
